Jill Hancock

In her more than 16 years managing associations, Jill has earned a trusted reputation as a hardworking executive who provides critical insight and success to her clients. Known for effectively managing a wide array of associations diverse in their size, mission and needs, clients hire Jill because she gets the job done and exceeds their expectations.

Nationally recognized for her work, Jill was recently named Outstanding State Executive Director for her leadership on behalf of the Missouri Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons by the American Academy of Ophthalmology.  

At C2C, Jill oversees all aspects of our association management. She serves as the key strategist and director for client projects, including short-term and long-term goals for growing and maximizing an association’s reach. During her tenure managing associations, Jill has become an expert in the field with years of meaningful partnerships with key networks across the state. She understands how associations function — but more importantly, how to maximize their success.

A clear benefit to her clients is Jill’s fiercely competitive nature. A client once hosted a marathon featuring a former competitor on the Biggest Loser, and although she had never been a runner, Jill spent months secretly training to beat the rest of our staff (which she did).

When she’s not managing C2C, Jill is probably taking her daughters to cheer and gymnastics competitions.
