HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
In 1993, D. Scott Penman and David Winton formed Penman & Winton Consulting, a Jefferson City-based government consulting firm.
With increased demand for our services, the firm expanded. In 2002, Jill Hancock joined the team and Penman & Winton began providing management services to associations that didn't have the resources to hire staff or procure office space.
Over the years, the breadth of association management work expanded to include larger associations at the state-wide, regional, and international levels. Penman & Winton’s staff also grew to meet the increased demand of the association management workload.
THE STORY CONTINUES
In 2018, Scott and Jill founded C2C Association Management Solutions to focus attention on meeting the need of associations from concept to completion.
C2C offers a range of services to non-profit associations, including membership support, financial management, conference and event planning, marketing and communications, leadership and committee development, and administrative operations.
C2C strives to personalize our clients' experience and make every client feel like they are the only group our team represents — and we're successful. Our members are often surprised to learn we work with multiple associations. We believe our role is more than managing the workload.
