The Missouri Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons (MoSEPS) has worked with the team at C2C Association Management Solutions team since 2010. At the time, MoSEPS was in debt, losing members, and did not have proper executive direction. Scott Penman and Jill Hancock were highly recommended to begin managing our organization. MoSEPS improved immediately and is now prosperous with cash reserves, membership growth and retention, and political influence. The best decision MASL ever made was partnering with the team at Concept to Completion to provide association management services in 2009. Since then, the services and guidance provided has been instrumental in strengthening MASL by streamlining day-to-day operations, improving existing programs (such as our annual Spring Conference), and launching new initiatives (including the Advocacy Task Force and the New Librarian Webinar series). As a result, MASL is better able to meet the needs of its members. Jill, Scott, and the rest of the C2C staff aren't "employees;" they are valued members of our association who share our vision and goals. Since then, our membership has doubled to over 1000, with Penman & Winton smoothly handling individual inquiries from six continents, new membership categories, and international wire transfers.
