MADISON EACRET

Madison joined C2C as an Association Manager with six years of strategic communications, research and advocacy for nonprofits and associations. In her current role, she provides comprehensive management services to professional associations, ensuring operational efficiency while driving key initiatives that align with organizational goals. Madison’s expertise in fostering partnerships and engaging with stakeholders enables her to support and grow organizations in impactful ways.

Previously, Madison served as a Public Policy and Community Engagement Intern at AARP in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. There, she organized and trained volunteer advocates, coordinated Lobby Days, and drafted strategic communications to advance AARP’s priorities. Her work at AARP strengthened her skills in community engagement, policy advocacy, and coalition building—key elements she brings to her association management role today.

Madison also led the WIC Innovation Project at Operation Food Search, collaborating with the Missouri WIC Bureau and Washington University to address barriers to program participation. Her multidisciplinary background includes work with The Penman Group, Harvard University, Hunger Impact Partners, and the office of Washington State Senator David Frockt, providing her with broad insights into the intersection of policy and organizational development.

Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology of Law from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in Public Health. She resides in St. Louis County, Missouri, and enjoys rollerskating, gardening, and spending time with family and friends
