With a career spanning public sector leadership, legal practice, entrepreneurship, and creative industries, Sarah Maxwell offers a truly multi-disciplinary perspective. As a former Executive Director of a state retirement system and law firm partner, she developed expertise in governance, compliance, and strategic operations.

Complementing this foundation, she spent over two decades building and operating a successful retail business and later expanded into marketing, design, and product development within the textile industry.
