SHELBY BRUNE
Shelby comes to C2C with more than a decade’s worth of experience in client management. Most recently, Shelby managed sales and accounts at ECRM where she fostered connections between buyers and suppliers and coordinated large-scale virtual and in-person programming events. Working closely with clients, she developed unique strategies to help increase client sales, while coordinating meetings and providing onsite conference management.
Prior to starting C2C full time, she assisted with conferences for the Missouri Association of School Librarians and the Missouri School Counselor Association, where she fit seamlessly into the C2C team, and gained insight into C2C’s style and approach to working with member-based Associations.
Shelby’s relationships with her clients is her top priority - taking an individualized approach to each partnership, understanding their needs and strengths and tailoring it accordingly. At C2C, Shelby provides comprehensive support to associations, providing the daily and long term services they need to grow and thrive. Her responsibilities include member management and communication, and coordinating meetings and conferences.
Shelby is a graduate of Truman State University, and has resided most of her life in Missouri. Outside of her career, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets. As a longtime equestrian, she dedicates a lot of weekends to riding and horse camping.
